This product is much loved and owners report that it is very effective. It is a safe, gentle way to naturally maintain a healthy urinary tract. It contains DL-Methionine which acidifies the urinary pH and is also designed to help dissolve struvite urinary crystals and stones, reduce the risk of urinary stones recurring. It is an easily administered and palatable paste and can be used in cats with feline urological syndrome and in dogs prone to forming struvite stones.
Like all our VetIQ items, this is a natural product and contains only natural colours and flavouring. For a short time longer, it also contains a small amount of paraben preservative. VetIQ are working to remove all parabens from their products and their range will be paraben-free later in 2018.
